The story of this years display?
Again we will be collecting for Help the Heroes and hope to raise even more than last year.
The 2018/19 show will be slightly bigger than last years. The plan is to increase the number of pixels on the big tree and build another snowflake. I also hope to re-build my arches if I can find the right pipe.
Two new tasks this year was the making of the two snowflakes and the lifting systems for the pixel strings on the big tree. The show is over
The lights were switched off on 6th Jan 2018 were be taken down on the Monday. The display has fared well in high winds, snow and rain but it appeared we did have a small fire at the top of the Big tree. The sum of money donated to Help For Heroes was £500.00 + we thank all our supporters.

Pictures we grabbed during a hard days work for Margaret and I are below. I cant thank Margaret enough for her help. Everything is back in my workshop with a list of running repairs that needs to be done before next December. And then to be stored away. And then start building new elements I am in the process of designing.
